Collection of your Personal Information and how we use it to Enhance Your Experience
We collect and store your profile information such as Age, Weight, Height and the number of years you have been climbing if you have provided this information. If you choose to ‘Participate in the Climbing Community’ (setting in your profile) this data is used, as an option, to allow you to filter how you rank against other climbers in the community with similar traits. This simply allows you to have a little fun and level the playing field.
We also collect your ascent information such as your onsights, flashes, redpoints, and number of days you have got out climbing. This data is used to show you have improved and how days out compare to your best day out. If you choose ‘Participate in the Climbing Community’ (setting in your profile), your quality ratings given to routes, ascent data and comments can be viewed by other members of the community as well as be used in future publications of the route either digitally or hard copy.
All Profile and Ascent data can be deleted on an individual basis within the App by visiting the Profile and Sends pages within the App.
Sloper Inc. collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Sloper Inc. also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Sloper Inc.. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Sloper Inc. for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Sloper Inc. site and Application.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Sloper Inc. public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: Sloper Inc. does not read any of your private online communications.

Deleting Information and Accounts and Downloading Your Data
You can delete your account and your data by contacting us and requesting an account deletion. To request that your account is deleted, click here (mailto) or email info@
After you make a deletion request, we permanently and irreversibly delete your personal data from our systems, including backups. Once deleted, your data, including your account, activities and place on leaderboards cannot be reinstated. Following your deletion of your account, it may take up to 90 days to delete your personal information and system logs from our systems.
Note that content you have shared with others, such as photos, or that others have copied may also remain visible after you have deleted your account or deleted specific information from your own profile. Your public profile may be displayed in search engine results until the search engine refreshes its cache.
Sloper also provides you the option to remove individual activities you have posted without deleting your account. Once removed , the activities may remain on Sloper’s systems until you delete your account.
