This is the vast terrain that starts at the S side of the lake and stretches up the creeks and ridge for almost two miles to the S and SW. It is composed of a vast array of formations that range from little spires to 300-foot towers. The area is amazing and is a great testament to the quantity of quality granite in the Black Hills. This area represents a significant challenge in order to locate formations and routes.
