Description: Indian Rocks is a series of south facing granite walls, which are adjacent to Old Hill City Rd and the 1880 Train tracks. It is a great winter climbing area with its southern aspect and nonexistent approach. The Western Chief and the Big Chief are the prominent walls. The 1880 Walls are approx 750’ E of the Chiefs, near the corner in the road and are shorter and more fractured. Directions: From Keystone, go west on Old Hill City Rd for 3.8 miles; until you are abeam the large granite walls (Indian Rocks).
