Located on the north side of the road just downstream of Tunnel 2, this area was mostly undeveloped until just a few years ago. Lots of recent development has renewed the energy in this good year-round cliff. Due to its aspect, the wall receives morning sun and afternoon shade all year. Approach: Located on the east side of Tunnel 2 on the north (right) side of the road, drive 6.0 miles up the canyon and park at a long, narrow pullout on the north side of the road. After parking, walk towards the tunnel; the approach trail will be on the north side of the road. Take the trail up the third class slabs (there is usually a fixed line in place), and then traverse the hillside to the left, towards the cliff.
