Breakfast Cliff

United States | Tunnel Six | Rock Climbing Clear Creek

SPORT
TRADITIONAL

This vertical wall is a nice, sunny alternative to the often-busy Primo Wall. Most of the climbs here are categorized as being short and super crimpy. It is also a good place for people looking to warm up their tendons for some of the harder climbs in the Primo Area. Typically, the climbs on this wall feel easier with fresh skin because some of the crimps are very sharp. Breakfast Cliff faces west and gets sun from about 11am onwards. Approach: To approach this wall, use the same approach as Primo Wall (p253) except walk further west, passing Nomad’s Cave and taking a faint, uphill trail in the first gully west of the cave. The wall is the first one on your right a couple hundred feet up the trail. If facing Nomad’s Cave from the road, Breakfast Cliff is uphill to the left and is west facing.
